RaffleTime provides technology services and platform infrastructure to licensed raffle organizers. We do not operate, conduct, or manage raffles directly. Our role is limited to:

• Providing secure technology infrastructure
• Processing payments on behalf of organizers
• Maintaining participant databases
• Facilitating transparent drawing processes
• Providing customer support services

Not a Lottery Operator

RaffleTime does not hold lottery licenses and does not operate as a lottery or raffle operator. We are a technology service provider that facilitates raffle activities for properly licensed organizations.

Organizer Requirements

All raffle organizers using our platform must:

• Provide valid licensing documentation before platform access is granted
• Maintain current and valid licenses throughout their use of the platform
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Submit to periodic license verification audits
• Provide proof of insurance where required by law

Verification Process

Our verification process includes reviewing licensing documents, confirming organizer legitimacy, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations before granting platform access.

Compliance Responsibility

Organizer Responsibilities Include:

• Obtaining and maintaining all required licenses
• Compliance with federal, state, and local gaming laws
• Proper tax reporting and withholding
• Age verification and eligibility requirements
• Geographic restrictions and limitations
• Prize distribution and winner notification
• Record keeping and audit trail maintenance

Platform Limitations

RaffleTime provides technology services only and makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of any raffle activity conducted using our platform. Users must consult with legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Technology Service Fees

Our revenue model is structured to avoid classification as a lottery operator:

• Fixed platform fees for technology services
• Transaction processing fees for payment handling
• Support service fees for customer assistance
• Setup and configuration fees for new campaigns

Transparency

All fees are clearly disclosed to organizers before platform use begins. We maintain full transparency in our fee structure and revenue model.

User Responsibilities

For Raffle Organizers

• Maintain valid licensing and comply with all applicable laws
• Provide accurate information about raffles and prizes
• Ensure fair and transparent drawing processes
• Handle winner notifications and prize distribution
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

For Participants

• Verify eligibility to participate in offered raffles
• Comply with age and geographic restrictions
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Understand that participation is subject to organizer's terms

RaffleTime's liability is limited to providing technology services. We are not responsible for:

• Legal compliance of raffle organizers
• Prize fulfillment or distribution
• Disputes between organizers and participants
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
